Reyna Kohl — LMT, Herbalist & Founder of Wild Foliage

Hello! My name is Reyna Kohl, LMT #24769.

I am passionate about the natural healing and transformational abilities of massage and other forms of bodywork. I believe that positive, intentional and compassionate touch can benefit everybody, whether you are seeking relief from musculoskeletal/myofascial pain and discomfort, stress reduction and/or relaxation, emotional comfort, or any other of the many reasons people receive massage.

I offer therapeutic massage treatments focusing on Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage and incorporating elements of Tuina (Traditional Chinese Massage), Craniosacral Therapy, Structural Integration, and Myofascial work.

I am also in close relationship with plants, and believe deeply in their ability to assist in healing on many levels, including physical, emotional and spiritual.

I am so happy to be able to incorporate my herbalism practice into my massage practice. To me, it makes perfect sense!

I love to offer massage sessions using herbal oils that I have infused myself, often with plants that I have either grown in my back yard, or lovingly harvested from the wild spaces around Portland.

  • My extensive work with plant medicine and essential oils inform my aromatherapy options during treatment (I have also been a natural perfumer for the last 10 years!) . I have pre-made aromatherapy blends to choose from, usually either in grapeseed oil or apricot kernel oil. But, I also love doing custom blends, complete with either an email or in-person consultation, and with the option of a 9 ml roller bottle of the blend to take home.

I look forward to meeting you! Please feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns/requests.

Shaina Zeiger, LMT

Hi, I’m Shaina Zeiger, LMT #28886. I studied massage therapy at East West College of the Healing Arts here in Portland, Oregon.

In my work, I pull from a variety of modalities, including myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and craniosacral therapies, to craft a session unique to you.

I tend to work slowly and deeply, because I feel that that this approach encourages the nervous system to let go, allowing deep effective work in. It also enables fascia to change shape, allowing movement into new space the fascia had been restricting.

I love bodywork because it is so effective and can do so many amazing things. It calms the nervous system, allowing for deeper, more restorative sleep, reduces stress, increasing immune response, and creates balance in the body. Plus, it feels great!

I think the thing I might love most, is that it brings us into our bodies, making us more present and aware of our body’s healing potential, beyond the nagging aches and pains.

  • When I am not doing bodywork, I love goofing around with my two small boys, doing creative projects with my partner, baking all things sourdough and admiring our lush forests.

In addition to my education in the healing arts, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Art and have worked with various mediums including clay, and most recently wood carving. I love to weave artistry into my sessions.

Please get in touch with any questions or to chat. I look forward to meeting you!

Kirsten Ray, REIKI PRACTITIONER/Energy healer

Hello!

My name is Kirsten, and I am an energy healer and light worker. Energy healing found me years ago when I least expected it. Reiki-inspired intuitive healing became a profound source of transformation, alignment, and peace for me, and one that deeply resonated with my spiritual path. I am passionate about sharing this with others.

I have learned from many teachers along the way and am trained in Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Levels I & II. For me, energy healing is more than a practice—it is a way to develop and maintain deep connection. My intention is to create a space where you can release, realign, and reconnect with your own inner healing power. You are powerful!

In my free time, I like to enjoy all that Portland has to offer, like exploring a new trail, swimming in the rivers, cooking delicious meals, and building community.

I look forward to meeting you!
