*Plant Medicine Circle* Herbs for Unfurling (into Spring) - Plant Medicine for Coming Out of Winter with Slow, Joyful Intention: Violet & Nettle

  • Wild Foliage Massage & Botanicals (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

This class will feature two early spring herbs that may help to ease us out of our winter pause - the slowness that comes with the darker days, the decreased activity, the heavier, comforting foods. The turning inward. While spring here in the Pacific Northwest is still fairly cool and quite damp, we begin to see the days grow warmer and longer; the buds turn to flowers and leaves; we also begin to open outward as we step back into the world from our winter hibernation.
